By ordering in the shop you agree to these terms. We may change them; the version published here when you order applies.
02Order and contract
You order by putting products in the cart, entering your delivery details and confirming the order. Right after that you receive an email that we received it. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order, at the latest when we dispatch it.
We may refuse an order if the product is no longer in stock or if its price was obviously published in error. In that case we let you know without delay.
03Prices
Prices are in Macedonian denars and include value added tax. The price shown at the time of the order applies. The delivery cost is stated separately before you confirm the order.
04Payment
You pay in cash, to the courier on delivery or when you collect the order.
05Delivery and collection
We deliver anywhere in Macedonia within 1–3 working days of the confirmation. Delivery is free for orders over 2,500 MKD; smaller orders pay 150 MKD. You can collect the order free of charge at Gevgeliski Partizanski Odredi 6 (opposite Apolonija), Gevgelija.
Check the parcel when you receive it. Report any visible damage straight away to the courier and to us.
06Withdrawal and returns
Under the Law on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within15 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in several parcels, the period starts when the last one arrives.
- Within that period, tell us that you withdraw, at[email protected] or +389 76 808 111. We confirm and send you the return instructions.
- Send the product back within 14 days of telling us. Return it undamaged and in its original packaging.

07Refund
We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery, within 14 days of the day you told us you withdraw. We may wait until we receive the products, or until you show that you sent them, whichever comes first. Orders paid in cash are refunded by transfer to your bank account.
08Defects and guarantee
Beyond the right to withdraw, you have the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or does not match its description, you may ask for a free repair or replacement and, where neither is possible, a price reduction or a full refund. Write to [email protected] with your order number, a description and, if you can, photos, as soon as you notice the defect. Products with a manufacturer's warranty carry it too, as stated in the warranty card.

10Account
You do not need an account to buy. If you open one, keep your password secret. You can have your account deleted at any time by writing to [email protected]. How we keep your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
11Vouchers
A voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
12Intellectual property and liability
The content of this website — texts, photos, logos and designs — belongs to Zlatara Ani or to those who allowed us to use it, and is protected by law; it may not be copied or distributed without permission. We are not liable for indirect damage from the use of the website; our liability for a product is limited to its price, except where the law provides otherwise.
13Disputes
We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably, directly with you. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may turn to the State Market Inspectorate, to the Organization of Consumers of Macedonia (opm.org.mk) for advice and mediation, or to mediation or arbitration. Otherwise the competent court at the seller's registered seat has jurisdiction.
