We ship orders within 1–3 working days anywhere in Macedonia. Delivery is free for orders over 2,500 MKD; smaller orders pay 150 MKD.
Every piece arrives in a gift box. If the order is a gift, we leave the prices out of the parcel. You can also collect it free of charge at the shop.
You have 15 days from delivery to return or exchange a product. Return it undamaged and in its original packaging. We refund the full amount.
Rings resized to measure cannot be returned, but we can always adjust them.
Wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it meets and measure the length in millimetres. That number is your size. If you have a ring that fits well, measure its inner diameter and look it up in the table.

Between two sizes? Choose the larger one — fingers are a little bigger in the evening and in summer.
Put your jewellery on last, after perfume and creams, and take it off first. Clean gold with lukewarm water, a little mild soap and a soft brush, then dry it with a cloth.
Wipe gold-plated silver only with a dry soft cloth and keep it in a closed pouch, away from moisture. Keep each piece separately so they do not scratch one another.
